"Hong Kong Tea Plantation Series: Ngong Ping Highland Tea" Talk (Cantonese)
Sharing insights from the research team at The Chinese University of Hong Kong regarding the history and development of tea cultivation in Ngong Ping on Lantau Island, this lecture will explore how different communities connect through the tea industry and the activities associated with it.

Tea Drinking for Four Seasons

Drinking different types of tea in the different seasons helps to refresh the mind, boost the body’s immunity and promote health and well-being. In this workshop, our tea masters will select a variety of Chinese teas that match the changes in the seasons and explain their unique characteristics. Everyone is welcome to drink in the tastes and aromas of the selected teas and benefit from a leisurely moment together.
