Jointly presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Le French May
Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Centre Pompidou and Le French May
Surrealism is a time full of bizarre and dreamy imagery with unsettling juxtapositions. Theming this influential art movement and its associations with mythologies, the exhibition is presented in collaboration with Centre Pompidou and Le French May, which explores the surrealist world by featuring around 90 diversified art pieces. Works by significant artists like Dali, Magritte, Miro, Picasso and Man Ray will be featured to show the diffusion of surrealists at international level, as well as an inclusive picture of the movement development.
