Holders possessing tickets of the period from 29 January to 28 February 2020, are welcome to choose one of the following ticket arrangements:
Visit the exhibition: come visit with your ticket before the exhibition ends [27 May 2020 (Wed)]. Please call us in advance at 2721 0116 for arrangements.
Refund: Ticket holders can request for cash refund at the G/F Information Counter of HKMoA upon presenting the intact original ticket(s)* during opening hours, within six weeks after the exhibition ends (29 May to 8 July 2020). For e-tickets, details on refund arrangements will be sent to the registered emails of all e-tickets buyers.
1) The intact original ticket(s) (with stub) must be presented for cash refund at the Information Counter. Refund may be refused the refund if the ticket is damaged or defaced. Upon successful verification, the ticket(s) will be collected by the staff of the Information Counter and a cash refund of the total face value of the ticket(s) will be made to the ticket holder.
2) In accordance with URBTIX's terms and conditions of purchase, all handling, mailing and courier services charges (if any) collected for ticket purchase via internet, mobile app and telephone bookings are non-refundable.
3) The ticket refund service will be provided during the refund period only, and late requests will not be accepted.
